Chef Joe Castellano started his culinary journey when he as sixteen-years old. He knew it was a life plan for him from the beginning. He made the decision to make the culinary arts and the hospitality business his career.

At a young age, he found that when working for the best chefs in the world, he would eventually become one. Chef has traveled the world extensively to hone his skills and explore food and culture in many countries spanning multiple continents.

His touring of the globe in pursuit of culinary knowledge led him to launch CNC Hospitality, and allowed him to travel and work aboard luxury yachts while sharing his talents and doing what he loves for his customers.

“Traveling and touring the food world was something I have always wanted to do, since every new destination means new local ingredients, new flavor experiences, and new menu-planning. And the best part? New guests that I get to share my passion for delicious food with!”
